Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in a wide range of fundamental processes in the human body. It acts as a cofactor for more than 300 enzyme systems and plays a key role in muscle function, nerve conduction, energy production and electrolyte regulation. According to EFSA-authorized claims, magnesium contributes to normal function of the nervous system, normal psychological function, normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Multi Magnesium 7 combines seven different magnesium compounds — including organic forms such as citrate, malate, gluconate and bisglycinate, as well as inorganic salts such as carbonate and hydrogen citrate. Citrate, for example, is a molecule of the body’s citric acid cycle, a central metabolic pathway, and magnesium citrate is considered particularly soluble. By combining different binding forms, the formulation provides a broad solubility and absorption profile, supporting a more consistent supply throughout the day.
